Job Purpose

What does a great Client Support Representative do?

You will interact daily with large client accounts in the healthcare space supporting their printing needs. As requests comes through you will ensure accuracy, reconcile and correct errors prior to going into production. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment where organization is key and maintaining deadlines is crucial, you will love it here. Principal work activity may include, response to client inquires and research of client issues relating to production, quality, delivery schedules, and production specifications. You will also, provide information to other departments that is needed to resolve client problems; diagnose and define issues; develop positive relationships with clients by expediting complaint resolutions. You will make recommendations to resolve critical issues and error trends or other recurring issues; keep clients apprised and notified relating to work status; provide reports and activity logs for management review. You will maintain inventory and execute ordering supplies. Ongoing performance of multi-tasks requires focused concentration for extended time periods to handle projects to meet client requirements. Satisfactory performance requires extensive motivation and dedication to assigned clients and highly developed client service skills and excellent knowledge of client service technology and methodology. Responsible for submitting complete, accurate, understandable reports to supervisor on a regularly scheduled basis. Considerable knowledge of company products and services is important for providing effective service to clients. At this level, problem solving is expected and frequent and requires analysis and evaluation to resolve issues.

You can expect to:

  • Regularly works with confidential client information requiring care to protect.
  • Work from oral or written instructions and a variety of complex job specifications, customer service forms, literature, and business documents --- all in English.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and work rule guidelines.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years of customer service experience required.
  • 1 year of print industry
  • Project coordination experience
  • ability to work weekends during peak season
  • Requires good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and maintain an even-handed approach with clients and internal contacts, while working with continually changing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent PC skills with detailed use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
  • Bachelors' Degree
  • Deep understanding of industry technology and methodology.
  • Travel required: 10%
