Training Integration Analyst

Key Role:

Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED), Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), and Forensic Exploitation (FE) concepts, procedures, and policies, including EOD Doctrine to support planning, operations, and training. Coordinate with operational commands, force providers, and unified action partners on C-IED, EOD, and FE training, equipping, and resourcing. Participate in and contribute to other appropriate forums where C-IED equities are discussed. Engage in Exercise Planning and Development to ensure IED and other Asymmetric and Emergent threats are represented to ensure Command and Exercise objectives are achieved, where appropriate. Interpret and analyze data derived from numerous sources to identify resources, conceptualize innovative solutions, reconcile diverse viewpoints, and articulate problems and proposals. Collaborate with a Forensic Science Center on requirements for the FXL-C. Coordinate with the Analytical and Remediation Activity to develop and assist with Captured Enemy Material (CEM) flow. Produce reports, including information on observations, theater specific perspectives, best practices, and lessons learned. This is position is located in San Antonio, TX.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with Army EOD operations

-2+ years of experience with working on C-IED-related programs or activities

-Experience with serving on a Brigade or higher-level staff

-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree

-Graduate of the Naval School for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCCOLEOD)

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Combat deployment

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to perform shiftwork, including weekends and holidays, not to exceed 40 hours (CONUS) and 72 hours (OCONUS) in a week

-Ability to wear Personal Protective Gear for an extended period of time

-Possession of excellent written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analytical skills
