Management Analyst

Key Role:

Support an Army client with knowledge management (KM) initiatives. Conduct process mapping, data gathering, and analysis activities with clients, including compiling and developing process inventories, process maps, and knowledge maps. Recommend and execute KM strategies, plans, processes, and tools, including assessment reports and road maps to improve practices. Demonstrate functional expertise in the management of deliverables and development of products, including briefings and reports. Leverage industry best practices in KM strategy. This position in located in San Antonio, TX.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• Knowledge of planning and coordinating the life cycle of organizational data and information assets, including enterprise information management
• Ability to work on several projects concurrently
• Secret clearance
• BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple functional areas in business management consulting, change management, performance management, strategic planning, or IT requirements analysis
• Experience with KM, business process reengineering, or change management
• MA or MS degree
• Certified Knowledge Manager, Lean Six Sigma, or Concept Map (CMAP) Certifications
