Support an Army client with knowledge management (KM) initiatives. Conduct process mapping, data gathering, and analysis activities with clients, including compiling and developing process inventories, process maps, and knowledge maps. Recommend and execute KM strategies, plans, processes, and tools, including assessment reports and road maps to improve practices. Demonstrate functional expertise in the management of deliverables and development of products, including briefings and reports. Leverage industry best practices in KM strategy.
