As a Spanish Forward Deployed Analyst on our team, youll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their operational landscape. Youll validate information and apply client tradecraft, as you build assessments for senior leaders. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in military intelligence and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so youll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. -4 years of experience in intelligence with all source intelligence or in the SOUTHCOM AOR
-Experience in conflict resolution and management, working with coalition and foreign partners, and maintaining a high level of cultural awareness and sensitivity
-Experience with developing excellent internal and external professional networks and writing and developing comprehensive intelligence assessments, information papers, and presentations
-Experience in drafting and answering RFIs with network analysis in support of target development and in executive-level client briefings to heads-of-state or general officers with limited or no preparation time
-Experience with using Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) information for target development and network analysis
-Experience with intelligence research tools, including DCGS-A, RMT, M3, TAC, NGT, WISE, HOTR, Reader, or Coliseum and network analysis tools, including Palantir, DCGS-A MFWS, or Analyst Notebook
-Ability to work independently, including maintaining awareness of client equities and priorities
-Ability to show Spanish language proficiency of 2/2 on DLPT, ILR, or a comparable test vehicle
-HS diploma or GED
