Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, TX. Work with stakeholders to apply project management best practices to ensure requirements are aligned with solution designs. Develop technical requirements in partnership with key stakeholders and technology teams to agree on technical and functional designs as well as timelines. Lead projects and ensure standard project artifacts are created, tracked, and reported to measure project milestones at every stage including Scope/Initiation/Project charter, Benefits, project plan, requirements, governance, testing, go/no go checklists, go live checklists and post implementation reviews. Generate weekly program level reporting across all projects managed and develop communications plans to ensure project sponsors and stakeholders are informed of status, risks and issues. Liaise with senior management for special projects. Provide support and lead formalization of the project management or delivery framework for scale across Marcus to enable overall product strategy. Strategically link ‘run the bank’ management routines and project initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness by defining architectural standards, justifying the needs and business cases for assignment of resources in accordance with technical project requirements. Establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Define and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identify reporting mechanisms required to measure KPI performance and ensure execution. Articulate and execute operational strategy for digital financial products by utilizing business analytics tools and techniques to inform product roadmap for digital finance. Lead risk impact assessments to determine risk severity and inform development of risk mitigation strategy.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related information technology project management role. Prior work experience must include five (5) years of experience with: Utilizing Schedule Management to define and plan project milestones and sub-tasks; Performing risk assessments to develop response strategies; Utilizing Stakeholder Management to align project goals with Business and Organizational strategy, get stakeholder buy-in on project scope, and define and agree to minimal viable project requirements to release a product; Creating framework to capture and standardize ROI/ Benefits Assessments to drive prioritization planning and evaluate efficiency of various project investments; Utilizing Scope Management to define project scope, measures of success, develop business case leveraging Project charters.
