-5+ years of experience with developing Out of the box (OOTB) and code-based solutions for SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016, and SharePoint Online
-5+ years of experience with using SharePoint Designer to create workflows and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages
-Experience with managing development and configuration activities of developers, power users, and business system analysts
-Experience with CSS and master page configuration
-Experience with JIRA and Confluence
-Ability to conduct data gathering, research, and analysis, design and develop recommendations, and communicate through briefings and written documents
-Ability to develop and maintain technical design artifacts and requirements documentation
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with the Agile development methodology
-Experience with Microsoft Visio
-Experience with the Air Force or DoD clients
-Ability to be a self-starter, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
