Located in San Antonio, TX along the beautiful Riverwalk, TINT is looking for a seasoned sales director to lead our enterprise sales department. Role Description
Were looking for a sales director to lead our enterprise efforts. You will work in a fast-paced environment, sell cutting edge social solutions to prospective customers, and build and inspire an industry-leading team. You will also exercise your own prospecting skills, and drive the sales process. You need to be a proven leader, positive, high energy, and organized. Responsibilities
Create strategies to acquire enterprise customers
Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach via phone, email, and social media Qualify prospects based on their current business pains and needs
Build business cases to show prospects the value of TINT Meet or exceed quota every month Self-generate sales pipeline
Manage the pipeline of your team Your Impact
You will drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process. You will be working with some of the biggest brands in the world to build solutions that allow them to win. You will develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision-makers and influencers in every deal. You will listen, identify, and understand the needs of customers and prospective customers and deliver to their expectations. You will build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders. You will actively seek out new leads and opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals. You are intensely curious and constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue. You seek and provide feedback at every opportunity to be the best you can be and help your team be the best that they can be. You are a problem solver and always searching for ways to make your team better and faster. The perfect candidate studies sales tactics and strategies in their free time and puts them in action. Prior experience in building and leading a team
