Are you passionate about training, operations, and using digital tools to provide solutions to consumers? We are looking for an innovative professional who will design, deliver and improve training processes for GS' consumer finance operations.

Our team of critical thinkers partners with groups in all areas of the firm to lead teams, manage processes and improve digital tools. Our team also provides critical operations and user experience design to ensure business flows smoothly when customers come to us. From day one, team members play a vital role in upholding the three Operations principles of client focus, process innovation and risk management.


  • Conduct seminars, workshops and individual training sessions, both live and virtual.
  • Handle scheduling and preparation of educational material for courses.
  • Support and mentor new employees.
  • Keep attendance and other records.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor employee training performance.
