Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas seeks a F/T Market Risk Analyst in Irving. Maintain and enhance the bank's market risk measurement process. Assist in risk models upgrade, new product modeling and testing processes. Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and documenting the risk system. Support Market Risk Analytics daily and monthly valuation and reporting processing using Excel, SQL, VBA, Power BI and SSRS tools. Prepare and verify daily and monthly market data and security information for the risk model. Prepare periodic reports and in-depth analysis of the bank's risk exposure. Support the Stress Test and income simulation processes. Perform the income forecasting process and review regular income forecast reports for accuracy. Develop and maintain department's operational procedures, model documentation and EUC documentation.
Min. Reqs.: Masters degree in Computational Finance & Risk Management or related quantitative discipline. 1 year in (i) modeling fixed income products and performing scenario analysis in QRM or PolyPaths, (ii) researching, implementing or validating interest rate models, fixed income pricing models and risk measures using data from Bloomberg and Intex, and (iii) creating and automating data manipulation and reporting processes using Excel, SQL, VBA and either Tableau or Power BI.
