Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative/Mortgage-Irving, TX Provides high quality customer service to U.S. Bank mortgage customers. Responds to inbound telephone inquiries, customer requests, and  researches problems. Uses critical thinking to resolve customer problems and errors relating to mortgage and escrow accounts. Identifies products and services that meet customers' needs. Hours will include Saturday 8-2pm, must be available to work every Saturday.  Targeted start date will be Monday, July 14th 2019. Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to two years of experience in a customer service position

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures of banking products and services
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer calls
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Effective selling and referral skills
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
