A healthcare organization is seeking a Workday Financials Analyst to support and enhance its finance systems environment. This individual will work closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, and operational teams to optimize system functionality, improve reporting capabilities, streamline processes, and support ongoing business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Financials functionality across multiple finance processes.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Support system upgrades, testing efforts, and ongoing enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday Financials or enterprise financial systems experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with system configuration, reporting, and testing.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare industry experience.
• ERP implementation or optimization experience.
• Exposure to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Financial Reporting.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, or internal controls.
• Workday certifications or advanced reporting experience are a plus.
