Infrastructure Support- Supply Chain Planning
As an experienced Infrastructure Support professional, your relentless dedication to innovation will have a positive ripple effect on both innovation and the people who make it. You'll put your experience to work across the board, leading an incredibly talented team in areas like Change Management, Incident and Problem Management. You'll be responsible for management communication and client relationship management. You'll use your critical thinking skills to establish the team's functional goals and set priorities and objectives that align with our overall strategy. You'll oversee areas like incident management, change management, impact identification, management communication, Risk and Controls, client relationship management, service improvement, discovery/gathering/documenting of business needs and data and requirements. You'll coach, manage and mentor people, both in-house and in working collaboration with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.

Within GTI, Customer Infrastructure Delivery (CID) focuses on improving the quality of service to our clients by delivering a best in class manufacturing and retail experience. CID consolidates all planning, scheduling, execution, governance, and improvement activities occurring across the infrastructure manufacturing and retail space.

As a Supply Planner on the Production Line Planning team within CDI you will:
  • Participate in the S&OP process to gain agreement on consensus demand and resulting supply plan
  • Plan and order all constituent components outside of lead time per consensus demand
  • Leverage Supply Chain planning system of record for collaborative inventory and replenishment planning
  • Derive, maintain, and leverage planning reference data including lead time, safety stock, and reorder points
  • Collaborate with product managers and service owners to ensure supply positioning that supports new product/service introductions
  • Reduce infrastructure obsolescence cost


This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • 6 years of Supply Chain Planning (Demand/Supply) experience or other related planning experience
  • College undergraduate degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Issue resolution and problem management skills with ability to intuitively determine the most effective solution or escalation path
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Self-starter, motivated - takes accountability for a major initiative
  • Proven experience working within a large global organization, culturally diverse and geographically distributed teams
  • English written and verbal communication skills that enable coordination across multiple teams and presentation to senior leadership
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). Ability to learn proprietary software and databases.
  • Preferred: Experience with virtualized data centers, Rapid Response, Kaizen, Lean methodology, and Agile methodology
