PositionDescription:


In the role of CommercialCard Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolioof approximately 20-25 Tier 1 accounts; i.e. clients with $10MM in annualspend, in the South. Your primary objectives will be to ensure volume growth,client retention and to lead clients and business partners through changemanagement activity.

Responsibilitiesinclude:
  • Proactive development and execution of client expansion and retention strategies
  • Focus on exceeding satisfaction and profitability objectives
  • Build strong internal partnerships and align with CB CCB Banking and Treasury Services partners
  • Diligent contract and commercial management of assigned portfolio
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Relationship Management (Commercial Card industry preferred)
  • Excellentpresentation and communication skills
  • Strongnegotiation skills
  • In-depth product knowledge in Commercial card industry
  • In-depth productknowledge of JPMC and industry payables landscape
  • Ability to workindependently with little professional guidance
  • Demonstratedability to innovate, problem solve, and develop customized solutions
  • Proven clientrelationship skills
