Provide a rapid response on data availability and data quality checks raised by traders and middle office trade booking systems. Perform system checks to ensure that the applications are functioning as expected. Deploy code into the production environment. Ensure compliance with regulatory requests and disaster recovery procedures. Participate in working group sessions. Isolate user training gaps and engage the relevant groups within JPMC to fix the gaps. Perform incident management for high impacting issues including identifying root causes and following up on corrective actions. Manage the change control process and handover production issues with cross regional operation teams. Drive production environment stability and resiliency agendas including execution of sustained resiliency and high availability tests. Drive the agenda for implementing necessary monitoring to improve system availability on the production environment. Resolve complex problems impacting reference data applications. Implement solutions that add value and also continually improve the application stability. Create appropriate application monitoring and provide solutions to the business on the application stability and production infrastructure. Minimum education and experience required:
