Applications Consultant 2 - Senior SAP Security/GRC Technical Lead Must have: 3- 5 years in SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration experience required Highly experienced in the SAP Security and GRC space providing technical oversite and best practice guidance Subject Matter Expertise in implementing HCM Security at multiple levels Effectively communicate and provide guidance to offshore SAP Security resources, overseeing their day to day activities. Like to Have: SAP Certifications in SAP Security is a plus Role Responsibility: Audit Strong understanding of Audit Controls and dependency on information security management principles. Capture quarterly and annual control evidence and ensure there are no control deficiencies. Work with Process Integration & Governance, internal and external auditors to support risk management, compliance, and audit queries. Identity Management Tools: Has experience with Aveska/RSA Identity Management and IDM tool (Preferred not mandatory) Ability to understand and debug complex access provisioning workflow at individual stages License Management: Properly identify and tag SAP roles with appropriate License Types Facilitate SAP licensing audits using the License Administrators Workbench and other tools. GRC Demonstrate experience independently completing complex GRC MSMP workflow related tasks. Ensure financially impacting custom txcodes and reports are incorporated into the GRC ruleset. Provision and de-provision Fire Fighter Ids to ensure all tables are maintained appropriately. Ability to work with Fire Fighter Owners & Controllers to ensure logs are reviewed and approved in a timely manner. ECC & HCM Security Serve as the SAP Security Senior Leader on HCM Structural Profiles and ECC security roles. Understand HCM Infotype level Security Decipher and debug issues related to ESS/MSS & HR Admin roles with relation to Structural/PD profiles Read trace files and understand the sequence on HCM Auth checks Able to build roles without introducing inherent Infotype level SOD violations Be able to guide business and functional resources regarding SAP security role design and implementation. Effectively capture and review security requirements and perform system analysis, design, development, and configuration of  Roles Agile Work with functional resources and governance team to estimate work to be done as part of agile process Request Security User stories to ensure CCF/BRD solution is moved to prod in its entirety and reduce security incidents Production Support Help on-board new resources and clean-up access when users are no longer on the project.  Monitor DASH tickets in queue and complete processing on a timely manner to ensure SLA are met. Work with  functional and technical teams to address security questions, troubleshoot issues with security objects and implement appropriate solutions. Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment.  They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a clients applications and systems. You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module. You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.

Qualification: 3 7 (2 years min relevant experience in the role) years experience, Bachelors Degree.

Certification: Should have or seeking SE Level 1. 

Should be proficient in Package Configuration.

Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management
