Manages Learning Management system (LMS) functions including SOP's, eLearning and other Learning delivery methods.
Adopts a leadership role in application of knowledge for implementation of new Learning Management System (i.e., data preparation, migration, transition, etc.)
Interacts with functional managers in determining training assignments.
Supports eLearning development and implementation by performing training needs assessments to accurately analyze learning contexts.
Establishes and leads training network internal to R&D.
Institutes and maintains best practices for managing training assignments and Learning Management Administration
Develops eLearning courseware utilizing current eLearning authorship tools.
Integrates eLearning content with LMS.
Identifies and implements training process improvements.
Acts as a liaison to functional stakeholders in assisting users to resolve LMS related issues in coordination with IT and QIS.
Ensures integrity of data.
Performs data entry/verification.
Maintains training files and training materials.
Represents R&D on cross functional training forums.
Organizes training venues and/or logistics as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery, including virtual and face to face.
Performs other related duties or special projects as assigned.
LMS R&D Compliance/Training Specialist
Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (HS+10 yrs; Assc+6 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
2+ years of relevant work experience performing system configuration, database management, and/or learning management systems.
QC/ QA in pharmaceutical ind./ biotech with environmental monitoring & cleanliness zones
Knowledge of GMP Knowledge of IT Applications & tools
