Weaver is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team. The HR Assistant will carry out responsibilities related to onboarding including conducting background checks, launching new hire paperwork, preparing new hire first day agendas, entering new hire data in the HRIS and other systems, and prerorming I-9 verifications. They will assist with employee relations, preparation of separation packets, benefits, compensation, and compliance. The HR Assistant will be assigned other general administrative duties including data audits, invoicing, reimbursement requests, and HR communications.
