KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Representative, Compliance Services to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide responses to inquiries (in a call-center environment) via telephone, e-mail and fax, while adhering to established Human Resources Service Center standards
  • Help with Compliance tracking of partners and employees for multiple HR and firm initiatives
  • Daily receipt and auditing of HR related documents
  • Assist employees with error resolution of HR related documents
  • Respond to inquiries within a call center environment via telephone, e-mail and fax
  • Maintain adequate documentation of communication with employees on compliance matters

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year working in an HR or Compliance environment or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to complete work assignments with minimum direct supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
