Regional Sales Manager, Abogado (Spanish) Job Description

Contribute to the success of FindLaw through leading a team of sales consultants that sell our Abogado online marketing offerings to Small Law firms.  You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, customer retention and delivery of a multi-channel sales strategy in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish is required
  • Implement strategies to maximize incremental sales growth and retention targets across region on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Recruit, interview and on-board new team members
  • Partner with training to ensure alignment with sales objectives and training needs along with updating and managing the development of Abogado-specific training
  • Coach each team member on products, sales cycles, prospecting, account management, opportunity (pipeline) management and forecasting
  • Develop and motivate sales representatives while driving performance management by holding sales consultants accountable to expectations
  • Prepare accurate and timely regional forecasts to leadership
  • Participate in the annual process of territory alignment, quota planning, compensation plan evaluation and incentive plans and programs to drive sales
  • Participate, collaborate and partner with other sales support channels
  • Assumes other responsibilities ad required or requested by leadership

Experience

  • Prior sales and sales management experience with proven results orientation
  • Strong B2B business development skill
  • Experience in internet marketing concepts and solution selling/consultative sales
     

Knowledge/Skills

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding company’s sales/revenue goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in coaching effectively and managing overall performance
  • Proven ability to manage within a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments and influence at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to embrace change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional partnership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Education

  • Bachelors degree required
