Recruiting Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Dallas/en-US/RyanCareers/job/Dallas/Recruiting-Coordinator---Talent-Acquisition_R0005344-1/applyThe Recruiting Coordinator ("Coordinator") provides support to the Recruiting team as they recruit, screen, evaluate, and hire candidates. The Coordinator will focus on exempt and non-exempt candidates within our US and Canadian operations. The position includes a high level of teamwork and responsibility, with heavy interaction with all levels of employees, including Principals and management, as well as other members of the Human Resources department. Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryans Key Results


  • Create a positive team member experience.


  • Coordinates communication with applicants.
  • Arranges and administers phone, video and in person interview schedules with prospective candidates and internal clients.


  • Coordinates air, lodging, and transportation arrangements for candidates.
  • Maintains reports that reflect department metrics, interview activity and EEO information.
  • Files and maintains employment records for future references.
  • Processes departmental invoices related to purchasing card, vendors, and on-campus events.
  • Participates on committees and special projects, and seeks additional responsibilities.
  • Optimizes internal processes as needed.
  • Updates information within Workday Recruiter and other databases/recruiting tools
  • Assist with on-boarding logistics on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required.
  • Zero to two years prior business operations / customer service support.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple, competing assignments in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new computer applications quickly.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Applicant Tracking Systems, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid drivers license required.
