The Senior Recruiting Coordinator (Senior Coordinator) provides support to the Recruiting team as they recruit, screen, evaluate, and hire candidates. The Senior Coordinator will focus on experienced and non-exempt recruiting candidates, and assist with campus candidates. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a four-year degree, and aspirations of becoming a full-cycle recruiter. The position includes a high level of teamwork and responsibility, with heavy interaction with all levels of employees, including Principals and management, as well as other members of the Human Resources department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required and/or a related field preferred with 2+ years of prior related human resources or recruiting experience. A four-year degree is a plus.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid drivers license required.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
