Senior Recruiting Coordinator Dallas/en-US/RyanCareers/job/Dallas/Senior-Recruiting-Coordinator_R0004657/applyThe Senior Recruiting Coordinator (Senior Coordinator) provides support to the Recruiting team as they recruit, screen, evaluate, and hire candidates. The Senior Coordinator will focus on campus recruiting candidates, and assist with experienced and non-exempt candidates. The position includes a high level of teamwork and responsibility, with heavy interaction with all levels of employees, including Principals and management, as well as other members of the Human Resources department.

The Senior Recruiting Coordinator (Senior Coordinator) provides support to the Recruiting team as they recruit, screen, evaluate, and hire candidates. The Senior Coordinator will focus on experienced and non-exempt recruiting candidates, and assist with campus candidates. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a four-year degree, and aspirations of becoming a full-cycle recruiter. The position includes a high level of teamwork and responsibility, with heavy interaction with all levels of employees, including Principals and management, as well as other members of the Human Resources department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates communication with applicants.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Arranges and administers interview schedules with internal clients, including scheduling meeting times and rooms.
  • Coordinates air, lodging, and transportation arrangements for candidates.
  • Reviews applications to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements for temporary workers.
  • Proctors assessment tests for temporary workers.
  • Processes offer letters for temp-to-perm conversions.
  • Updates Applicant Tracking System (Workday) with candidate information and provides candidate paperwork for temporary workers.
  • Performs and monitors reference and background checks on temporary candidates.
  • Processes departmental invoices related to purchasing card, vendors, and on-campus events, lunches, etc...
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required and/or a related field preferred with 2+ years of prior related human resources or recruiting experience. A four-year degree is a plus.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid drivers license required.
