Supports the West Region Banking Practice Leader (BPL) and Dallas Market President (DMP). For the BPL, compiles information to develop reports and presentations related to West Region banking growth metrics, lender production and credit quality. Develops computer based system reporting methods to produce management reports as well as ad-hoc reports. For the DMP, supports reporting and analytics on areas such as Dallas market growth, financial reporting and process improvement. Works closely and coordinates with the Texas Region Operating Group to support and lead process improvement initiatives for the Dallas Region.
Compiles information from database systems to develop regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations.
Prepares management reports related to balance sheet growth, investment asset growth, and partner production.
Performs some administrative functions related to the loan/credit review and approval process.
Develops systems and procedures to meet the reporting needs of the BPL and DMP.
Interacts with lending officers, Dallas Managing Directors, systems staff, and legal on a regular basis.
Conducts analytical research to support management as required.
Has a thorough understanding of the Banker Scorecard and Partner Workstation (SalesForce) and regularly monitors reports, pipeline and production for bankers and all wealth management partners.
Serves as a resource for the Dallas banking practice and its bankers.

Knowledge of lending, credit review and approval, and credit analysis usually acquired through formal education and previous experience is required to prepare reports on credit quality and loan portfolios. Analytical and organizational skills are required to analyze data and prepare reports. Ability to use various personal computer software packages is necessary to manipulate the databases and prepare reports.
