Goldman Sachs Ayco Financial Wellness, Ayco provides superior one-on-one financial planning and education to a wide variety of clients in areas such as retirement, investing, budgeting, employee benefits, insurance, income taxes, and estate planning completely over the phone via prescheduled appointments and/or inbound calls.

We are currently seeking experienced candidates with exceptional management and organizational skills from diverse backgrounds and experiences. The VP of Workforce Management will serve as the functional expert for the tools, systems and software related to scheduling, capacity and the Coaching Contact Center and will be responsible for system maintenance and user training.  The VP will forecast and report on business metrics and direct the scheduling process to ensure that the appropriate staffing requirements are met and work with senior leadership to ensure adequate staffing based on capacity forecasting.
