Job Purpose (Job Summary):

The candidate will work within Invesco Real Estate’s North America Performance team and will be exposed to the manner in which commercial and multi-family investment performance is measured, analyzed, and benchmarked across the globe. The assignment will last a total of 8 to 10 weeks, beginning in May/June and continuing through July/August in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Support in reporting all asset and portfolio performance to NCREIF, MSCI, Portfolio Management, and Invesco Advisers
• Download data from external data providers that will be used to build analysis and benchmark data
• Participate with team members to research data and create analysis to help understand what is driving Invesco Real Estate’s investment performance across its portfolio
• Assist in crafting reports for dissemination to different departments within the business
• Other duties as assigned

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• Exposure to using Excel and working with large datasets

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Detail oriented and outstanding organizational skills a must
• Strong research and analytical skills required
• Ability to work in a team, as well as independently

Formal Education:(minimum requirement to perform job duties)

• Attainment of a graduate degree in a business/real estate field is in process
