ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
We offer paid, full-time summer internships for many majors, with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career, we provide dedicated staff mentors. Youll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts. As part of the Federal Reserve System, youll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation. You will begin in early June and will be based in the Dallas office.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:
The Software Rationalization team provides support to all 12 Federal Reserve Districts to encourage centralization of software management and to leverage bulk buying opportunities among products used in the FRS portfolio.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Create presentations and manage the Rationalization Database
Preparing for and lead meetings
Providing Research, Data Mining and Analytic information for Software Consolidation Candidates
Complete annual documentation review for Release Management processes and policies
Take lead on efforts related to our steady state processes
Develop communications and presentation materials
Contribute to multiple projects including completing tasks for data collection, creating and delivering presentations
WHAT YOU BRING:
Junior or Senior student studying IT management, data science, computer science, or a related field
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
Proficient with data analysis experience specific to data diving to create reports
Proficient with creating and updating process and policy documentation
Conceptual, Communication, Presentation, and Problem solving skills
General query writing ability or understanding of data sets
Minimal Project Management experience focused on being a contributor for task assignments
Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/ week). Some additional hours may be required
