Information Technology Manager
IT Business Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager to serve as an intermediary between Information Technology Services (ITS) departments and their customers to establish expectations, supply product deliverables, and gauge project success. You will work with end user groups to evaluate and solve technology-related problems, including identifying necessary technology resources. You will also evaluate existing processes/systems and user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement changes. You will report to the Sr. Manager, IT Operations. 

You Will:

  • Provide strategic guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex technology-related problems and ensures resolution
  • Develop and manage multiple client relationships; manage customer expectations at all levels; ensure client satisfaction
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding technology products and services supplied by technology providers
  • Develop long-term strategies and lead the implementation of improvements as a result of customer feedback
  • Communicate changes which impact customer or business including changes in technology, policy, procedures, or practices
  • Coordinate efforts so that implementations are successful and customer disruption is avoided

You Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Management, Operations Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems is required
  • 3 or more years of project management in a technology environment is required
  • Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements
