Responsibilities
  • Support Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis by:
    • Participating in Bank-wide financial forecasting, scenario planning, performance analysis, and strategic planning
    • Constructing financial models for use in assessing line of business profitability, earnings potential, and growth outlook
    • Providing analysis in support of strategic roadmap
    • Developing presentations for Executive Management and the Board of Directors
    • Performing ad-hoc analysis as requested
  • Support Investor Relations by:
    • Conducting market and peer analysis into drivers of financial performance
    • Developing presentation materials in support of quarterly earnings process, investor conferences, and client-focused communications
    • Supporting quarterly and annual Ratings Agency discussions
    • Performing ad-hoc analysis as requested
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required in finance or accounting
  • 0-2 years prior work experience
  • Highly proficient in financial analysis, forecasting and accounting 
  • Well-organized and structured thinker with the ability to drive to completion multiple accounting/financial analysis/reporting projects
  • Detail-oriented and must be able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from project management teams to Bank senior management
  • Motivated by fast-paced and fluid challenges, a preferred candidate recognizes the importance of work-life balance but also appreciates the flexibility required to meet tight deadlines and when working with teams across the organization to collate information and drive deliverables
  • Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
