Commercial Banking - Business Manager, Commercial Real Estate - Associate

Position: The Business Management Associate position represents an exciting opportunity to drive change in a rapidly evolving CRE Treasury Services (Cash Management) space, and to join an exceptional and well-respected team. This individual will report to the Business Manager for CRE TS and provide support for the head of CRE's Treasury Services Business and their organization.

CRE Treasury Services Business Management Team Responsibilities
  • Drive business strategy and growth
  • Manage business risks
  • Optimize business performance and planning

Role of the Business Manager:
  • Establish business strategy, working with product executives
  • Drive CRE and TS-wide initiatives to execute the business strategy
  • Create business cases for new products, markets, or client segments
  • Prepare for business reviews with TS, CRE and CB executives

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Superior strategic/break-through thinking and problem solving abilities
  • 3-4 years professional experience in a commercial real estate lending, treasury services, or management consulting
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including the ability to take a concept and produce slides that convey the message in an aesthetically simple manner suitable for exec management consumption
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional logical writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply
  • Excellent influence skills, including ability to work effectively across a large organization, execute projects, and build and manage cross-functional relationships
  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
