Business Development Executive, Prefer Dallas Location

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Be responsible for strategy,planning & execution of business development activities to expand(DEMS) Digital Engineering & Manufacturing solution sets toAutomotive Sector
  • Engage with Capgemini technologyleaders and solution experts to deliver cutting edge solutions to clients

  • Focus on expanding(DEMS) Digital Engineering & Manufacturing  in the AutomotiveSector

  • Be responsible for maintaining andgrowing client relationships, and will have a combination of new businessdevelopment and existing business expansion responsibilities

  • Proactively introduce solutions /ideas to clients to help improve their business performance

  • Assist in the assessment, design,and development of technical requirements and solutions 

  • Support the development of projectproposals, employ data gathering techniques and analysis in order to presentproposed solutions to clients 

  • Manage client expectationsthroughout the sales cycle and closing process 

  • Develop and manage a pipeline ofqualified opportunities 

    The Candidate: 

  • Minimum of 5  years experience in selling Engineering services 

  • 3 years or greater of recentexperience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 globalservices provider 

  • 3 years of experience servingclients in the (DEMS) Digital Engineering &Manufacturing sector

  • Comprehensive understanding oftargeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affectingtechnology spend 

  • A well-documented track record ofachieving annual sales quotas of $ 2 MM- $5MM

  • Recent experience selling consultingservices engagements in the $500K $5 MM range 

  • Qualified applicants mustdemonstrate a consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis 

  • This is a hunter role andqualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organicrevenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques 

  • Experience inbuilding and maintaining relationships with senior executives within middlemarket companies 

  • Ability tocall on senior line of business executives within multiple domains and a proventrack record in successfully managing and closing complex sales in largeenterprise accounts

  • 8-12 reference-able relationships atthe C suite, VP or decision maker level 

  • Significant experience in territoryplanning and rapid territory development 

  • Ability to work in a globalorganizational and service delivery environment 

  • Demonstrated commitment to stayabreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple businesssectors 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced,competitive sales culture 

  • High level of personal andprofessional integrity
