Responsibilities:

Analytics Solution Delivery

Lead a team of developers through the design and delivery of Alteryx and Power BI / Tableau analytics solutions to the business.
Partner with the business understand their needs, define business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
Manage communication and expectations with business stakeholders.

Internal Strategy & Operations

Define methodology and best practices for the design and delivery of analytics solutions.
Design and execute firm-wide strategies that drive analytics solution adoption.
Partner with analytics leadership across the firm to centralize analytics capabilities and best practices.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement within our team and execute cross-functional initiatives and process automations that improve our team’s efficiency, productivity, and performance.
Build and manage internal dashboards and reporting for leadership to track the status and impact of the team’s portfolio.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

2 - 5 years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field

Experience developing and implementing data analytics solutions (in SQL, R, Python, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau)

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Expert verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong leadership, business development, training, and mentoring skills

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice

Demonstrated ability to understand, discuss, and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Experience working with multi-cultural virtual teams

Experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts

Proficient knowledge of data modeling

Ability to work additional hours and/or travel as needed (~ 15%)

Familiarity with agile management practices
