The Area Business Leader (ABL), Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET) is responsible for managing and developing a group of Sales Specialists dedicated to achieving sales objectives and to making AAA the preferred partner in the Radioligand Therapy (RLT) and Oncology community. Key customer stakeholders include Medical Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology, Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, pharmacists, and other key medical personnel.

The ABL will be responsible for creating and implementing an area business plan to execute franchise strategic imperatives and tactics focused on driving demand. The ABL will represent a consistent "CUSTOMER FIRST" approach to business activities and relationships while developing and demonstrating outstanding planning, organizational and leadership skills with an experienced sales force.

Qualified candidates must have a demonstrated record of success in their ability to lead and inspire a sales team towards achieving objectives, to communicate and implement tactical product strategies with a sophisticated audience, and to think strategically while providing creative and innovative solutions to market problems.

The ABL will serve as a peer leader and resource to the team at both an area and national level.

This position will cover the following geographies across the Southcentral Region: Shreveport and New Orleans, Louisiana; San Antonio, Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Albuquerque, New Mexico and the surrounding areas.

General responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Build, lead, manage, and inspire a high performing Sales Specialist team and ensure optimal allocation of resources while achieving sales goals and commercial KPIs for the NET franchise
Lead team to drive demand and build clinical conviction in key HCP stakeholders across both community and hospital accounts, in both referring and treatment sites: Medical Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology, Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and pharmacists
Grow sales volume in close partnership with Strategic Account Manager and Diagnostic Account Specialist teams
Develop strategies and facilitate the implementation of comprehensive area business plans for AAA products designed to focus on priority customers and capitalize on high value business opportunities

Minimum requirements

What youll bring to the role:

Education:
Bachelors degree required; Advanced degree preferred

Requirements and Experience:
Prior people manager experience (minimum 3 years) required
Oncology experience OR Medical Device/ Complex Therapeutics (minimum 3 years), required
Experience building and developing talent and high performing teams and leading and collaborating cross-functionally preferred
Experience with analytical business performance assessment, field force operations, and managing resource allocation preferred
Overnight travel up to 50% of the time. This is field based remote position
