Responsibilities
  • Provide support to all members of Corporate Security as necessary and be a point of contact for bank employees
  • Assist Physical Security Infrastructure with security systems operation, projects, documentation, and other related duties
  • Data entry support for the physical security team as deemed necessary
  • Create security badges for all new employees and those requiring replacements
  • Research and resolve security issues and/or refer to appropriate security member
  • Plan and manage yearly fraud trainings for all employees
  • Draft correspondence and presentation materials
  • Review and process invoices and expenses
  • Maintain appropriate records, files and documentation
  • Order and maintain supplies
  • Build relationships and facilitate communication with all necessary areas of the bank
  • Provide backup to other team members
  • Support and manage special projects
  • Assist with occasional after hours calls regarding security related issues
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years administrative experience
  • Exceptional calendar and time management skills
  • Prior experience creating correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with employees, clients, business partners and their assistants
  • Must possess the ability to proofread, assist in editing documents as required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally – both verbally and written
  • Ability to occasionally work on projects after hours
  • Well organized and detail oriented to handle various and concurrent assignments
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Must exhibit a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
