Support the Business Operations Team by opening and processing new business accounts and associated product features, along with setting up and maintaining online services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
&Process/open new business accounts, both Domestic and World Markets
Create client and business profiles and utilize proper relationship coding to link to accounts
Order checks and debit cards
Close accounts/process transfers
Process trade tickets
Setup and maintain Enhanced Business Products
Image new account documents
Setup and maintain business overdraft protection
Prepare documentation review under the Banks Customer Identification Program/Bank Secrecy Act (CIP/BSA) policies and procedures
Complete Service Request Maintenance for compromised business accounts
Follow up with clients for funding on approved business accounts
Create adverse action and other client communications accurately
Research and follow up on requests from client and colleagues in a timely manner
Offer operations support and serve as a proactive knowledgeable resource for colleagues and clients
Participate in user acceptance testing and system deploys
Review and provide feedback on team procedures on a quarterly basis
Take initiative on a consistent basis to assist and coordinate with management on more complex tasks and reports.
Ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance and assist clients/colleagues with more complex issues regarding processes, products, and procedures
High school diploma
Experience to include combination or all of:
o Remote deposit capture
o Business online banking
o Online check deposit
o Certificate of deposit account registry service
One year of experience working in a financial services environment
