Position Overview

The Customer Support Contact Center is seeking a highly motivated Contact Center Senior Agent for the Loan Servicing Team. This individual will be responsible for assisting Servicers across multiple channels with a primary emphasis on inbound calls received through 800-FREDDIE. Success in this role is greatly defined by your ability to build a positive customer experience throughout every interaction.

  • Contact Center Senior will handle a broad range of topics across the Loan Servicing field.
  • Provides resolution to an extensive range of complicated problems.
  • Solutions are innovative detailed and practical.

  • Work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives.
  • Represents the organization as the principal customer contact on contracts and often performs project leadership role.
  • Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across interpersonal lines.

Qualifications

  • 5 -7 years of related experience.
  • College degree or equivalent experience: sophisticated studies/degree preferred
