Q2 is seeking a Technical Trainer - Implementations who will Responsible for implementing Q2s Digital Sales Platform Solution in alignment with the business requirements of our customers.
As a market leader in digital sales, the Q2 Gro team is responsible for the ongoing innovation and expansion of the Q2 Gro Checkout product. Q2 Gros intuitive digital sales platform provides an optimized user experience for tasks such as account opening and loan underwriting. Our mobile-first, streamlined account opening capabilities are proven to reduce abandonment and shorten the application process to under four minutes, helping our Financial Institutions clients to expand their reach through acquisition growth across digital channels.
The Technical Trainer will be a subject matter expert on a highly customizable product that runs on multiple platforms. You will be training customers on aspects of the product that can be configured/engineered differently for each customer and working closely with Product Management and Development teams to keep apprised of additions and changes to the broad set of options. The successful candidate must be technically savvy, exceptionally detail-oriented, and an energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting.
