Serve as a Business Process Specialist on our team, you will manage the clients daily operations to include creating, executing, and improving their business processes. Maintain and assist with the management of internal and external suspense processes with existing task tracking systems. Coordinate, staff, and provide analytical support for the drafting, development, and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies, and memorandums. Draft, coordinate, and maintain weekly summaries, Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs), charts to support weekly staff meetings, meeting minutes, action items, notes, requests for information, and ad hoc reporting for client leadership. Prepare facilities and support requirements for events, including command-level conferences, town halls, brown bags, video teleconference sessions, senior leader forums, leader offsites, operational planning teams, command-coordinated video teleconferencing, command-approved professional development, and command-supported training seminars.
-5 years of experience with performing business operation or business process analysis in a defense headquarters staff
-Experience in working with general officer or Senior Executive Service level leadership
-Experience with virtual collaborative environments, including Microsoft Teams
-Knowledge of organizational development and change management concepts
-Ability to prepare organization level reports and organizational status updates
-BA or BS degree
-Knowledge of task management tools, including Task Management Tool (TMT), Global Electrical Approval Routing System (GEARS), JIRA, other electronic KANBAN boards
