Provide knowledge management support to enable the clients information sharing across their web sites and SharePoint services. Conduct analysis of the clients knowledge management requirements and propose new processes, applications, and frameworks that fill existing gaps or modify existing system components. Monitor and analyze metrics for application and system usage so that improvements can be recommended as the system environment matures. Support technology updates on targeted networks ensuring all government requirements and business processes are addressed and technical lessons learned are identified. Support military exercise events, providing modeling and analysis support. Assist the client to manage, monitor, migrate, and modernize their knowledge management system to leverage technology in new ways.
-7 years of experience as a knowledge management specialist
-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and similar collaboration tools
-Knowledge of Government off the Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) knowledge management solutions
-Ability to research and analyze available knowledge management applications on available networks
-Ability to research and identify network and hosting options for technical solutions and applications
-Secret clearance required
-BA or BS degree required
-Knowledge of DoD cloud service protocols and procedures
-Knowledge of cloud service models and knowledge management cloud environments
-Ability to draft and present plans for cloud environment migration
