The Strategy Lead is a client facing role that involves collaborating with client and service providers to support the development of long-term strategy, define standards and reference architectures, and develop technology plans that are in alignment with the client's goals.  

Candidate will take ownership of one or more work streams, perform data-driven analysis and contribute recommendations for strategy development.  

Project work is broad in scope and will require creativity, flexibility, analytical abilities, structured thinking, strong written and oral communication skills. 

The successful candidate will be adaptable to a range of challenging projects and have a strong interest in technology and innovation. 

Candidate requires understanding of technical aspects and various solution architecture disciplines including: infrastructure and technology experience around network, server management and cloud.

What You Bring:  

Required:

Developing, improving, leading and supporting ongoing strategic planning processes including: Technology planning, Reference Architectures, Program Standards, and Software Currency.  

This includes: Ensuring accuracy of software models, up-to-date reference architectures for all service providers, on time delivery of technology plan and roadmap, automation and continuous improvement of technology plan and roadmap, track and report use of non-standards within the environment etc.  Meet contractual obligations for strategy management.  Structuring analysis of technology and market and industry trends that will impact the program.  Handling cross-functional working groups, facilitating meetings, and participating in technology governance meetings. Developing and delivering presentations and other critical communications.
