Provide web-based outreach and engagement support, analysis, evaluation and reporting. Ensure web pages are current, functional, and that the content remains dynamic. Update the clients website with current outreach information, photos from outreach events and other information as required. Manage the submission of invitations for client-hosted events and for data to feed an engagement calendar. Provide and maintain a web analytics capability to monitor web traffic and its relevance to the clients objectives. Conduct gap analyses based on the performance and stakeholder requirements to propose modernization and development of new web-based capabilities. Provide metric-tracking for small businesses working with the client.
5+ years of experience with client relationship management
Knowledge of web page management
Knowledge of web page analytics
Ability to design and create graphic presentations in both electronic and traditional media
Ability to conduct statistical analysis of web-based engagement programs
Ability to create training videos that address frequently asked questions for organizations
Secret clearance required
BA or BS degree required
Experience with operations plan development and execution, inter-agency coordination, rapid-response planning, exercise planning, or continuity of operations
Experience with applying the military intelligence cycle
Experience with military or government related media relations
Knowledge of tools for better visualization, web analytic capabilities, and subscriber-based vendor online research tools
Ability to report on quantitative and qualitative small business engagements
