Position Description:

This Austin, TX based full-time position is responsible for the operations of the global campus recruiting team to drive efficiency and consistency across the various offices where campus recruiting exists and will roll into the Global Head of Campus Recruiting until early 2021 where this role will move into the Global People Services team with an expertise for Campus Recruiting operations.

As a part of Campus Recruiting, you will also work closely with Austin based campus recruiting to ensure strong management of in-office interviewing and on-campus event management. Within this role, you will be an active participant in the strategic operationalizing of campus recruiting efforts and will enhance the global team's ability to maximize their candidate interactions.

As part of our Global People Services, you will have the opportunity for career expansion through broadening your skillset and focus a portion of your role to a range of different HR services to our internal clients. You'll provide support and solutions regarding HR programs. You'll expand your network through collaboration across teams globally. Additionally, you'll be part of a team that focuses on continuous improvement - a team that is innovative, thinks critically and is driven by data insights.

Global campus team operational management (70% of time)
• Manage event logistics, candidate sourcing and initial candidate outreach for all campus events
• Post and refresh job descriptions to key talent sources
• Liaise with HR teams to assist in coordinating onboarding & training details for new graduate hires.
• Develop scalable strategy for scheduling and deploying virtual superday interviews
• Processing all candidate expenses through seamless coordination with American Express Travel
• Owning the Handshake relationship by measuring and maximizing the return on investment
• Execute recurring audits and reviews of ATS data to ensure consistency, timeliness, and integrity
• Manage shared campus team inbox and ensure timely responses for candidate inquiries
• Build innovative solutions to drive recruiter and associate efficiency through technology
• Provide day to day support including ATS training and troubleshooting of issues, as well as creating & maintaining any supporting documentation
• Provide support for HRX (HR transformation) which includes the implementation of Workday and the creation of the Global People Services (GPS) team
• Partner closely with the full range of teams that comprise HR at PIMCO
Austin-specific responsibilities (30% of time)
• Serve as the point person for candidates by facilitating interviews in the Austin office
• Manage in-person campus event logistics to ensure high level presentation and execution

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Excellent problem solving capabilities and customer-service mindset
• Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism, ability to interface with all levels of the company, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
• Possesses a proactive approach to accomplishing work, has immaculate follow up, and demonstrates the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results
• Excellent technology skills, specifically with Avature, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
