Q2 is seeking an Account Manager who is passionate about customer satisfaction, as well as making a difference within Fintech. As a market leader in digital sales, the Q2 Gro team is responsible for the ongoing innovation and expansion of the Q2 Gro Checkout product. Q2 Gros intuitive digital sales platform provides an optimized user experience for tasks such as account opening and loan underwriting. Our mobile-first, streamlined account opening capabilities are proven to reduce abandonment and shorten the application process to under four minutes, helping our Financial Institution clients to expand their reach through acquisition growth across digital channels.

This is a dynamic team that is dedicated to getting the job done (well.) We are looking for an experienced relationship or account manager that can harness that enthusiasm and knows how to work with clients to develop a culture that encourages both collaboration and independence.


  • Accepts hand-off of customer from Sales when contract is signed.
  • Acts as an executive consultant and strategic business partner for clients understanding and integrating best practices on digital marketing, digital sales and account opening
  • Manages and is responsible for all aspects of the Quick-start program
  • Assists in determining business strategy internally based on client needs/plans.
  • Communicates internally and externally to ensure contract commitment fulfillment.
  • Consults with other Q2 team members (project management/services/support/customer care) to be sure mutual objectives are met.
  • During the Quick-start Program, acts as first point of client escalation.
  • Maintains a thorough and deep knowledge of the product and value proposition and is able to represent it confidently to clients.
  • Travels to clients sites for training's as needed.
  • Accurately answers product how to questions for both the product and for the clients holistic digital sales strategy.
  • Identifies up-sell opportunities within the Q2 Gro solutions set, and negotiates add-on's, upgrades, and Professional Services as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to


  • 5+ years of Business to Business or Business to Consumer account management experiences including account management and/or project management experience
  • In depth experience supporting clients
  • Minimum of 2 years direct experience managing strategic accounts
  • Banking or Banking software experience required
  • Proven results in cross-sales quota and metrics-driven customer advocacy and satisfaction environment
  • Proven executive relationship building skills and experience maneuvering within C-level structure of a large account
  • Articulate, thorough, and process-minded individual
