As a Technology Recruiter, you are an expert in finding talent to support our critical capabilities. You will work on a variety of technical positions, leveraging multiple resources and tools to research the external market and source/network to identify and recruit talent. Responsibilities will also include assessing candidates skills and experience as well as non-technical skills, knowledge and attributes. You will work directly with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners throughout the lifecycle of the requisition, while facilitating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Cultivate relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Recruiting Coordinators and Interview Schedulers 

  • Conduct strategy sessions with hiring managers and explain the recruiting process, as well as communicating clear expectations  

  • Develop and implement complex sourcing strategies that leverage technology and networking to identify qualified candidates 

  • Interview candidates, administer assessments and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager in a timely fashion 

  • Build pipelines of candidates for specific skill sets and job families

What youll need to succeed:

  • A Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (preferably as technology recruiter)
  • A natural ability to build relationships in person and over the phone 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong drive to meet and exceed goals
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong business acumen to create strategies that support our business needs
  • The ability to adapt, be flexible and quickly pivot in response to changing business conditions
  • Excellent skills in acclimating to new technologies 
  • The ability to influence stakeholders
