About the Role
We are looking for an innovative and flexible Outreach Analyst to conduct basic research, synthesize information, plan event logistics, and support our community engagement. The Outreach Analyst works in tandem with outreach advisors to advance the community and economic outreach strategies of the Bank. This person will help engage community members and partners and convene events that focus on furthering Bank research and areas of priority for the community outreach function.
Organize innovative events and engage partners toward common goals and strategies
Plan and coordinate logistics and communications for conferences, workshops and other outreach events
Support routine meetings and strategy development meetings on a range of activities with multiple partners at the state and local levels
Perform basic research, maintain datasets, analyze data, and use basic data visualization techniques to help tell a story. Will require use/application of a variety of software packages
Conduct applied research and support senior colleagues to produce original reports for internal and external audiences
Contribute to producing district and System internal reports; other administrative duties
You Will Bring
A Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Policy, Business, Economics, or related field of study
A minimum of 1 or more years of experience in outreach and/or communication
Strong customer service, writing, and research skills; analytical thinking (mindset for data aspects); willingness to work as part of a team
Equivalent education and/or experience which may be substituted for any of the above requirements
