As part of the Employee & Capability Development (CoE), the Director of Learning Experience is a key driver of defining and implementing the Learning Experience and fostering a culture of continuous professional development along with other E&CD teams.
In this exciting role you will:
Partner with stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of Learning Management System and support services with our strategy, products and services.
Collaborate to drive the selection, design and implementation of a new employee-centric LMS that fosters engagement through easily accessible, real-time, relevant development opportunities, and a tech-forward approach to learning
Develop agile strategies that enable access globally
Support implementation of interim systems to enable pilot of learning content in other teams
Responsible for transition of learning platform along with HR Technology
Assess and implement changes in the administration and operation of programs and services in the most effective way
Support platform governance; including collaboration and communication with BDAs (frequent system users)
Partner closely with HR Technology to support ongoing maintenance of system and resolve ad hoc issues
Manage any system upgrades in 2020 along with HR Technology
In collaboration with the Employee Experience, Future of Work and HR Tech teams, contribute to and implement our learning vision of the future around the next generation delivery of content, including mobile access
Establish strategies for marketing to ensure employees are aware of all the opportunities Prudential offers to contribute their best
Support our EVP with appropriate people development communication in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and the Employee Experience CoE
Lead a small team of operations and project tech savvy managers
In collaboration with EC&D colleagues, champion measurement / analytical insights and quality control
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
At least 8 years of corporate experience (Talent Management, Human Resources, or Learning & Development systems and tools a plus)
Familiarity with a variety of adult learning principles and delivery models (e.g. instructor led, web based, video based, podcasting, etc.)
Experience working with LMS, content platforms, microlearning as well as data and utilizing analytical insights to drive new initiatives
Knowledge of current trends in learning and development, tech-forward approaches, agile methodologies
Prior experience in global roll outs
Demonstrated ability of looking at problems or situations from a fresh perspective and suggest unorthodox and creative solutions
Ability to initiate projects, evaluate the conditions, resources and potential problems, develop a strategy and drive execution
Strong executive presence including ability to influence and interact with people at all levels
Proven ability and credibility working effectively and collaboratively within complex organizations
Demonstrated ability to influence, catalyze and drive change while ensuring outcomes are delivered on time with the right balance of speed and thoroughness
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
