The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Marketing Strategy
  • 5 years experience in account management, strategy planning, and digital marketing
  • Experience in marketing and sales campaign planning
  • Experience in online marketing or digital advertising a plus
  • Deep understanding of digital engagement channels, tools, and practices
  • Accountable and results-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative thinking
  • Basic understanding of statistics
  • Experience with content management systems a big plus
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing a plus

The Purpose of Your Role

The Digital Campaign Director is responsible for creating and delivering omni-channel engagement plans. This role could be described as the strategic campaign experience planner and hub between our segment marketing, campaign execution, distribution support, digital product, and marketing effectiveness functions. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize, lead, partner and create strategic plans that clearly articulate campaign strategies to deliver complete client centric experiences.

  • You possess the ability to partner with our segment marketing function in order to grow our overall campaign planning and development process against new strategic areas of opportunity.
  • You will work closely with the marketing effectiveness team to align on measurement of campaign activities and define ongoing reporting structure.
