Distribution Service & Operations (DSO) Planning & Transformation Leader

Distribution Service and Operation is looking for a dynamic leader with a proven ability to drive business results and solve complex problems involving multiple functions. You will achieve results and deliver value by working across the organization, including DSO, Regional Centers and PI Domain teams championing an agile approach to change and improvement. Your leadership will foster big ideas that challenge the status quo, and you will drive execution of work through incremental releases that collectively deliver transformational change, informed by data and feedback

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Cross-functional business acumen, with ability to integrate multiple business goals and priorities into solutions delivered.
  • Demonstrated strength and experience in managing change, and in developing communications to foster desired culture and advance the business.
  • At least 10 years related experience with understanding of customer journeys, business processes, operational improvements and associate engagement and development.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

You will drive DSO team efforts to reimagine DSO services and deliver transformative experiences to our clients, associates and business. You will work with DSO and Regional Center leaders to drive execution of initiatives that maximize client and associate value, build business scale and efficiency, and champion digital solutions

The Value You Deliver
  • Developing DSO operating plan that articulates clear desired outcomes, key performance indicators and initiatives to achieve results. Ensure outcomes and work align with and support broader Regional Center and PI objectives and priorities, and that components of DSO work are coordinated and thread together to achieve higher level outcomes. Develop routines with DSO leadership team to assess progress, identify and remove obstacles, and drive results.
  • Representing DSO in Regional Center initiatives and help drive execution of broader organization priorities including workforce planning, site strategy and engagement with PI operating model domains. Participate in additional RC operating plan initiatives on behalf of DSO.
  • Developing programmatic approach to driving improved DSO scale and efficiency to realize multi-year savings commitments. Partner with stakeholders to define work (NIGO reductions, business process changes, automation, digitization of service), and the process, routines and resource responsibilities to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Creating communications strategy to inspire organization of 1,000 associates distributed over multiple sites. Partner with PI Communications team to develop messaging that brings to life the PI and DSO common purpose for each individual associate. Foster identification and connection with that purpose and our clients, as well as with the RC/DSO organization. Incorporate additional messaging related to values, desired behaviors, organization priorities / plans and results. Develop and execute plans for communications delivery in way that engages and motivates each associate, clearly linking their work to the broader purpose and business priorities.
  • Defining requirements to successfully manage change in DSO associated with reimagining work, business process re-engineering, and organization/people changes. Develop tactics to involve and engage associates at all levels, and gain people commitment needed for successful change effort.
  • Assist in developing and introducing structured approach to DSO leadership development including leadership expectations, capabilities, and development tactics for people leaders at all levels.
