The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10 years relevant experience
  • High level of personal integrity and professionalism
  • Multi-media content strategy experience.
  • Digital content management background or equivalent skills

The Purpose of Your Role

As a member of the Employee Digital Team, this position will be responsible for the participant experience through the quality and management of NetBenefits site content. This individual will manage and have overall responsibility of Search Engine Optimization, CMS Capability Management and Content Governance. In this capacity, the Director will work across functional teams to identify efficiency opportunities, establish quality metrics and implement ongoing process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess interpersonal, organizational, and strong communication skills.

  • Content strategy experience with a digital first multi-media focus.
  • Design and implement best practice content service models
  • Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience in managing cross business-unit and IT budgets and schedules.
  • Agile project experience with digital application design and development
  • Exceptional analytical, program management, and problem-solving capabilities along with superior business partnership skills
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and hardworking self-starter
  • Ability to work at different levels of detail and concisely summarize complex issues
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits Programs such as Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and/or Health and Welfare programs

The Value You Deliver
  • Define the strategic direction and delivery of site content
  • Establish dashboards and metrics demonstrating the utilization and effectiveness of site content
  • Synthesize dashboard findings to refine, revise or replace content to improve the overall experience, while optimizing organic and managed search
  • Perform analyses regarding the content creation and maintenance service models to identify potential gaps and process improvements
  • Content governance and monitoring proactively identifying issues and creating remediation plans
  • Manage and update our content standards and taxonomies, s erving as the primary contact with internal business partners
