The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years of experience in the following:
    • Experience working with email campaign platforms-Adobe Campaign is a plus
    • Strong understanding of relational database technology
    • Ability to create and write SQL queries.
  • C ertifications / Software skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word

The Purpose of Your Role

The Campaign Manager is responsible for supporting the Marketing organization by accurately targeting clients and prospects, designing and creating automated campaign scripts and execution against email campaigns. This role plays an integral part in bringing FIAM's message to the marketplace through the email channel.

The Value You Deliver
  • Work directly with FIAM's Marketers to coordinate targeting, scheduling, and execution of email campaigns
  • Independently creates workflows to identify and extract targeted clients, developing new techniques and learning how to use new features of the tool as needed
  • Creates triggered workflows that run autonomously; creates test plans and strategies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of these workflows
  • Influence campaign design by ensuring we are targeting the right people, with the right message at the right time
  • Proactively develops expertise on tools, information sources, and industry best practices in order to continually improve service levels
  • Works with business partners to identify and capture data required to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-channel marketing programs and operational functions
