Specialist, Product Management
Product Management (Fund Administration Manager) - IC3. Works independently to administer a range of moderately complex products from development and implementation to launch completion. Products can be domestic, regional, or global in nature. Supports more experienced colleagues with relevant accounting and financial analyses to gain breadth/depth of knowledge in relevant products, services and platforms. Coordinates the development and enhancement of products in order to meet operating plan strategic alignment across systems and accounting platforms, while maintaining oversight of ongoing operations. Includes collaboration with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, etc. as part of product enhancement and delivery of key information to clients. Develops ideas for product enhancements and/or expansion to other regions/lines of business based on the risk and regulatory environment surrounding the products under development. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of assigned products, the marketplace and client needs to support product growth/development. Performs ad-hoc accounting analyses, including fee accrual application, product valuation, securities lending, and audit review. Performs technical training, demonstration, and develops user guides for clients for product marketing and distribution. Directs efforts of operations and systems managers as they implement systems and accounting processes for clients and ensures compliance measures are followed. No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed. Contributes to the achievement of multiple related teams objectives and profitability of assigned product(s). Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Product Management, operations, client management preferred.
- Strong accounting and audit experience required. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
