Reg Reporting Analyst

The incumbent is responsible for the escheatment of abandoned property to all states and territories. He/she must ensure that vendor enhancements are correctly installed to ensure accurate governmental reporting. The position holder ensures all escheatable items identified via non-systemic feeds are entered into the system, verified, reconciled and funded by the requestor. He/she performs dormant/escheat mailing to clients and updates the deposit system upon receipt of client acknowledgment of account ownership. He/she interacts with the state escheat representatives as required to resolve client inquiries concerning previously escheated property/account balances. Minimum 2-3 years experience in a branch/operations area. Excellent understanding of government regulations with respect to escheat reporting. Knowledge of system interfaces and individual state property deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PC skills required.
